Our Expectations
- The person would be looking after the entire gamut of the HR & Administration function including Talent Acquisition which would be one of the major areas of his/her role.
- Sourcing, Profiles screening, short listing, Interviewing, Appointment Order, On-Boarding, Induction.
- Responsible for joining formalities and conducting a thorough induction for new employees.
- Responsible for all exit formalities and ensuring the full and final settlements process is being completed on time
- Ensuring all employees adhere to the policies of the organization.
- Ensuring all HR systems and practices are thoroughly documented and adhered to.
- To ensure all assets like computers etc. are functioning properly at all times.
- To ensure all assets are maintained and documented.
- To ensure all statutory compliances are adhered to and all utility bills are paid on time
- Supervise and manage all day-to-day office administrative activities
- Good in English communication, Pleasing and Presentable personality
- Manage guest (client visitors, vendor visitors, employee visitors, VIP visitors) relations
- Manage physical security to protect company property and control movement of people
- Manage office communications (phone, courier) services
- Would be responsible for providing human resource leadership and guidance on the full spectrum of HR policies/practices/strategies for the business.
- Bridge management & employees relation by addressing demands, grievances & other issues.
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Monster, Linkedin)
- Looking for Immediate Joiners Or Max upto 10 days
- Handling end-to-end recruitment process through all sourcing channels.
Good to Have
- Ensuring minimal wastage of resources through specific interventions
- Ensuring appropriate Health and Safety measures are in place
- Monitor and control all housekeeping activities in the unit.
- Making all travel and hotel arrangements for employees traveling out and guests arriving.
- Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Other works as assigned by the management from time to time
