Actively supporting the vision and leading the enhancement of the IBP-process, which can be standardized and applied across all of the businesses
Act as business process manager for SAP IBP with continuous education processes to ensure broad organizational support and adoption of the IBP process
Support the execution of our monthly IBP reviews with the regional stakeholders
Establish and enhance the tracking, monitoring and reporting of KPIs
Minimum of 5 years working experience of successful cross-functional international industry experience (supply chain, commercial or finance role)
Advanced knowledge in integrated business planning
Experience in project and process management especially in view of stakeholder management, root cause analysis, lean methodologies
.Strong analytical and numerical skills;
Strong communication skills with regard to variety of stakeholders at different levels;
Cross functional and cross cultural sensitivity and experience
Project and Process Management Skills;
Very strong presentational and facilitation skills;
Ability to learn quickly; result orientated and well structured;
