Will continually build and ramp on component specifications, speeds and feeds around Server based system optimization upgrade options
Solution oriented approach at beginner to intermediate level, with minimal interaction required
Able to grasp and maneuver business processes, training and online tools at rapid pace
Begins developing subject matter expertise on commonly solicited products
Effectively articulates a clear value proposition related to product, warranty or services (Large Majority of interaction will be in written form)
Understand customer needs or expectations and deliver with high degree of accuracy.
Is held accountable to high minimal standards of quoting speed and product positioning accuracy.
Qualifications: •
Strong/Advanced Spanish and English Written and Verbal Comprehension
Technical Background required, Beginner or Low-Intermediate knowledge acceptable (Minimal to intermediate level knowledge of working datacenter, concepts, workloads, etc.)
Proven ability to work in a team environment, Models effective team behavior
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
Sales Experience Optimal, but not required for this role.
