Order Management Analyst

In this role, you have the opportunity to: Manage sales orders to ensure that the customer receives the ordered goods in the right time and on the right place.

You are responsible for:

· Responsible for the administrative flow of all types of Sales orders from order intake to sales recognition.

· Accept and validate sales order by checking references and validating relevant information.

· Create sales orders manually as well as monitor automated created sales orders, supported by various channels

· Reporting on order receipts and order status

· Analyze the order in SAP based on the commercial catalog

· Describes what the customer wants, where it differs from the commercial catalog and formulates possible solutions.

· Analyze discrepancies between order and catalog

· Describe what the customer wants, where it differs from the commercial catalog and formulates possible solutions

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

· Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related, preferably

· Intermediate / Advanced English

· Strategy, Problem solving, Process Improvement & Planning skills

· Organized and Customer Service Oriented

· SAP knowledge
