Job description:

Key Responsibilities:
· Process, analyze and validate clinical laboratory tests.
· Monitor the correct handling of samples and their preparation for analysis.
· Control the precision and accuracy of the techniques, quantitative and / or control the quality of qualitative techniques, according to standard regulations.
· Prepare and / or reconstitute the reagents needed for the execution of exams.
· Operate and calibrate the instruments in charge, according to recommendations established by the manufacturer.
· Record the results and review their reports, ensuring their timely delivery.
· Request for supplies and stock management.
· Lead the clinical processes in your work shift.
· Other functions that the direct leadership entrusts in matters within its competence.
Specific knowledge:
· Knowledge of hematology, clinical chemistry, hormones, bacteriology, etc.
· Knowledge of quality management in the Clinical laboratory.
· Knowledge of the biosafety standards in the Clinical Laboratory.
Education:
Bachelor of Medical Technology (Mandatory Suitability)
Languages:
Spanish (required)
English (desirable)
Behaviors
· Strong capabilities for planning, organizing and teamwork.
· Ability to prepare and present training sessions.
· Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing in Spanish and using English Language (desirable).
Working Conditions

· Residential status.
· 10 to 12 working hours per day. Might require occasionally support outside normal working hours to attend emergency situations.
· Rotation 15 days on Site/ 7 days off
