PROJECT MANAGER Responsibilities of this position cover all areas of construction management, including project planning, design coordination, cost estimating, subcontractor buy-out and negotiation, CPM schedule developing, budget monitoring and tracking, project financial reporting, managing quality control, reviewing submittals, preparing pay applications, directing project close out and managing owner, designer, subcontractor and vendor relationships
Function:
- Responsibilities in relation to quality control work in the Project.
- Identify conflicts construction and made available to the draft resolution team.
- Assist in budgeting, bidding and award of subcontracts.
- Project planning in all its aspects, identifying the activities to be performed, Having control of resources, terms of contracts and the anticipated costs.
- Customer collaboration in defining and realization of the objectives of the project.
- Responding to customers and superiors about the progress and objectives of the project.
- Thorough understanding and awareness of the local construction industry.
- Implement knowledge about the processes that go into planning, designing and executing a construction project.
- The Project Manager position is the key figure in the planning, execution and control of the project.
- Review/verification of invoices for executed works and monthly schedule updates submitted by the contractor.
- Construction Schedule and Budget Update.
Requirement:
- Degree in Civil Engineering/Architect with license in JTIA.
- Preferably Masters in Project Management.
- ability to travel in/out country.
- More than 5 years as Project Manager experience.
- Have successful experience in delivering large commercial/industrial projects as a Senior PM or PM role,experience in Hotel Construction.
- Knowledge in the following programs: Microsoft Office, MS Project.
- Experience in administration and Project Control.
- Knowledge in construction laws.
- Ability in Strategic Planning.

- Good communication skills, effective time management and logical decision making ability;
