Key Responsibilities

:To govern existing Sales and Operations Planning processes, practices and tools supporting seamless execution of the business strategy and delivery of results in line with targets. To ensure that management of the business is carried out in accordance with agreed processes, rules, principles and values.
:To engage and constructively challenge associates to continuously improve Sales and Operations Planning and continuously speed the business' ability to identify and react to changes in planned performance and in the competitive environment.
:Ensure the S and OP+ process is aligned with the MCCA customer centricity initiative and supports our customer needs.
:Develop the S and OP+ architecture of teams into high performing teams that operate in an empowered, team based decision making environment.
:Build and lead the matrix team of process managers that facilitates and drives the running and development of S and OP+.
:Build the business' capacity to increasingly manage through systems and processes. This includes responsibility to develop and introduce to the business new concepts of managing through systems and processes. Ensure the connective stakeholder regional community and participation an involvement in key regional steps. Ensure connections and interactions with the regional S and OP community and participate in key regional steps, which will allow us to leverage the CCA best practices and have continuous improvements.
:Collaborate with the management team, step leaders and senior leaders in the business to identify, measure, track and report on key business transformation projects.
