Support the implementation, maintenance and compliance of Procurement & Logistics (PL) Practice approved activities. Executes assigned activities based on the standard procedures. You will be a vital member of the Procurement & Logistics team within the Power Grids Grid Integration in Bogota o Panama. Reporting to the manager, you will support the implementation, maintenance and compliance of Procurement & Logistics activities.
Your responsibilities
Designing and implementing plans for local sourcing to reach set business targets and supporting regional and global sourcing initiatives.
Leading by example by demonstrating health, safety and environment best practices and business ethics in day-to-day operations, contract management and negotiations.
Applying and implementing PL standards, tools and processes in the Grid Integration to secure quality, on-time delivery, optimal cost and sustainability.
Supporting the business with e-sourcing activities.
Delivering and participating in training programs on compliance and professional development.
Executing effective and transparent communication internally, externally and between different units and centers to drive cross-collaboration.
Standardizing processes and implementing routines as per global directives.

Your background
A degree in Industrial engineering, business administration or logistics specialization.
More than 5 years of experience in similar position.
Experience developed within the caribean and panama market will be highly valuated.
Demonstrated experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Knowledge of Pro-Supply/SAP.
Advanced English.
