The Quest scrum master will oversee the scrum process for the Salesforce.com development team. The Scrum Master MUST be knowledgeable in Agile methodology and able to grow the team’s capabilities in Agile. The successful candidate should hold some level of scrum master certification and successful experience leading an Agile team.The Scrum Master will be managing multiple daily stand-ups requiring strong leadership skills and good problem solving ability. Excellent communication skills are required as you will be interacting directly with multiple product management teams, other Salesforce professionals (analysts, developers, QA/Testers), and will be assisting in the approval of all Salesforce releases.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects scope, timeline and resource availability in Jira
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
Consistently coach team members in Agile framework
Facilitate communication and effective collaboration across teams and competing efforts
Work with product and project owners to handle backlogs and new requests
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles as they occur
Work closely with deployment manager to help teams implement changes effectively
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards
Assist the team to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework and achieve higher levels of process maturityQualifications:
Experience leading scrum teams
Working knowledge of Jira
Experience with successful Agile techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
Ability to work successfully under time pressures
Ability to adapt to a changing environment
Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distractionThis job will be hire in the Republic of Panama, Latin America.
