SCOPE OF RESPONSABILITIES
Working directly under the supervision of the Head of Marketing, this position is responsible for ultimately maximizing sales and profitability through effective implementation of all corporate visual and marketing directives.

This position is responsible for the implementation of all visual/marketing changes and ensuring that all visual and marketing corporate standards are upheld by store team.

The work scope considers the coordination of all Stores open in the territories, with presence during store openings, and ensuring standards are met at all times.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Education and Experience
University Degree in marketing, communications, of related fields
Retail or fashion industry experience considered an asset.
Primary contact and responsibility with an important brand in the fashion / apparel business for no less than one year.
Fluent in English

Strong creative and visual merchandising abilities
A proven level of expertise in dealing with store teams;
A commitment to visual merchandising excellence
Solid communication and interpersonal skills backed with a strong team focus.
Ability to work independently, with an aptitude for interpreting, implementing and training visual strategy direction.
Thrives on challenges and is results-oriented.

Confidentiality
It is imperative that confidentiality is maintained at all times, and that company information not be discussed outside of the store.

This individual must be well versed in all areas of visual presentation with strong interpersonal communication skills.

This position has regional responsibility for reporting all aspects dealing with visuals and merchandising.

Through professional leadership abilities, this position is depended on to project the corporate visual culture and philosophy to all store teams, along with projecting the Brand image to customers.
