Job Purpose/Overview
The Activity Manager is accountable for the successful delivery of the MARS Caribbean and Central America activities and overall activity plan, which make up the majority of the market growth and sales opportunities each year. The Activity Manager must define, manage and implement the activity, resolve cross functional issues, early identification of issues based on leading indicators, ensure decisions are made and actions are taken, identify and communicate risks and adhere to the business process.
The role must be able to influence and motivate at all levels within the business in order to achieve objectives, challenging all aspects of the business in delivering improved performance whilst maintaining strong working relationships. Must have a broad understanding across the entire business to enable input into all major decisions and will often be required to work under tight deadlines and in pressure situations. The role requires change management skills focused on building a culture where the need for individuals and to work mutually with counterparts to overcome systemic challenges and barriers to improving performance.

:This role will command the stage and gate business process providing documentation to S and OP Step 1, SKU Optimization, new product launches across Chocolate, Petcare, Food and Frozen Brands across MCCA.
:Influences and drives effectiveness and engagement for cross functions teams of 10:15 associates across multiple functions (e.g. Sourcing Units, Marketing, Sales, S and F, Supply, and Commercial).
