Negotiate and Co:Create Strategies, in conjunction with the client, through the process of developing MARS Categories, based on Market Data and Shopper, transforming Big Data into Powerfull Actionable Plans, detonating sustainable growth for the category.
What are we looking for?
* Bachelor in Business Administration, Commercial or Related, 2 to 3 years of experience in commercial areas, FMCG.
* Knowledge of Categories and Channels in the Panamanian Market.
* Understanding Information Analysis Tools (Nielsen, Dichter and Neira, Scorecards).
* Management of JDA (Space Planning, Planogramming Software), Excel, Power Point.
* Advanced English.
* Data management and Advanced Excel
What will be your key responsibilities?
* Establish and define the development plan of category and long:term relationships with external clients, generating trust and influence.
* Segment and analyse market and customer information, supporting decision making.
* Detect market and shopper opportunities through the Mars category development process, communicating them efficiently internally and externally.

Optimize and achieve compliance with the picture of success, at the point of sale (portfolio, placement, distribution), executing them.
