Construction Manager Job Title: Construction Manager Direct Report: Owner
Location: Panama
Responsibility:

Planning: constructing villas within the given deadlines
Budget: constructing villas within the given budgets and progress advances
Quality: achieving the desirable quality
Weekly reporting of the above to owners.

Job:

Once planning is agreed, make sure we make all deadlines
Sourcing and selecting builders
organizing converting conceptual plans in smart and economically attractive constructive plans
Managing the construction companies
Managing all designs, engineering and inspections (mostly external professionals)
Requirements:

Civil engineer (Suitable professional)
Speaking English
Minimum of 10 year’s experience.
Having substantial (previous) experience working directly in construction (hands on) themselves.
Up to date with the convenient planning, design and construction software.
