Summary
Responsible for providing administrative support to Employee Relations and Compliance Teams. Manages distribution, tracking and follow up on all Employee Relations concerns.

Principal responsibilities
Using the approved Employee Relations investigation matrix, distributes employee relations concerns received through employee ethics hotline daily.
Conducts follow up as needed with field HR staff and Employee Relations team to ensure investigations are completed timely and appropriately closed out in employee ethics hotline.
Assists with Employee Relations and Compliance initiatives as needed, often requiring strong analytical and quantitative method skills.
Provides administrative support and assistance for annual Affirmative Action Plans, EEO-1, and VETS 4212 reporting.

Minimum Education and Experience
Prior experience in an administrative role required; prior experience in Employee Relations preferred.
Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Knowledge, skills & other characteristics
Demonstrated ability to work independently, with excellent time management skills.

Ability to create comprehensive reports.

Advanced English level and excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.

Ability to keep and maintain confidential and secure records and information.

String analytical and critical thinking skills. Fully efficient in MS Office.
