Front Desk Assistant

For a boutique hotel in Casco Viejo we are looking for a front desk assistant. It is a very fun job in an international work environment.We are a hotel that has a very high level of customer service. We seek someone that likes to work with people, has patience, and will go above and beyond to make our guests happy. Need to be able to work independently and have a pro-active work attitude.

5 days a week, 40 hours, 7-3 or 2-10pm
Able to work evenings and weekends
Service oriented, pro-active attitude
Responsible and independent, well-organized
Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
Experience in Hospitality is a big plus.

Duties:Answering phone/email
Making/changing reservations
Checking in Guests
Checking out Guests
Helping guests have a happy stay and advising them what to do

in possession of WORK PERMIT
