Full Stack Developer (Using Python & Django): Professional Resume Portal

This job posting is part of a larger web application project. The project itself is a Minimum Viable Product to test the market.
This posting is purposely limited to the development of only two tasks within the web app, so that we may evaluate developer tech and communication skills.

The two tasks must be developed rather quickly, one is front end focused and the other is back end focused.

Backend must be Python/Django based.

Task 1 - Create a basic Résumé Layout Editor.
User must be able to:
- Select a layout from a given sample résumé template.
- Edit layout. Layout editing is similar to how platforms such as wix.com create and edit a webpage from initial template; however, this should be less complex because it is limited to résumé layouts. Layout is composed of background shapes and only 12 (twelve) different types of résumé blocks (which themselves may hold and image, or different fields). Layout editing allows for size and background color editing. For this task, and with respect to layout editing, we only require block or shape selecting (drag and drop), block or shape editing & rearranging.

Task 2 - Keyword Analysis and Scraping Tool using Python.
User must be able to:
- Upload a résumé in doc or pdf format.
- Type a job portal URL (ie. indeed.com) - See attached PNG file named "Task 2 - Job Search".
- Tool will analyze résumé, run a search on the portal (by scraping) and output most relevant job postings as search results. It will show a relevance score or percentage.
- Tool will also be able to analyze and output résumé keywords.
- You may use, combine or improve on existing Python Modules currently used for these tasks.
