M&E Engineer

Your challenge:

· Responsibility for the M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) project engineering including conception, design and planning for the entire MEP division

· Cooperation with the Architectural and Biomedical Engineering Team, Site Team in coordination with the Project Manager

· Managing M&E engineering within the projects (designing, dimensioning, tendering process)

· Quality Management M&E Engineering

· Management support for the projects

Your profile:

· Technical degree (from university or a technical college) in architecture

· At least 5 years professional experience in conceptual design and execution of projects in the health sector

· Excellent language skills in Spanish, very good command of English, other languages are beneficial

· Computer skills (ARCHICAD, AutoCad, and specific design tools e.g. Caneco, Tekton 3D, Spreadsheet, HAP, MC4, dm ELECT and equivalent)

· Familiar with international execution standards IEC, DIN, AFNOR

· Excellent team working and communication skills

· Self-confident, assertive and highly flexible

· Intercultural competence

· Precise and structured working style

· High mobility and/or readiness to travel abroad (including longer international assignments)
