Job Title

Manager, Area Marketing Panama

1. Engaging and acquiring new customers through campaigns, media plans and strategic messaging using diverse tools.
2. Working with the executive team, such as the marketing director and/ or Marketing VP, to set the marketing strategy for the business.
3. Managing the performance of a marketing team
4. Working closely with external advertising, design and media agencies to co create effective campaigns.
5. Using consumer insights and research to guide the marketing campaigns and inspire high quality creative that deliver the right message at the right audience.
6. Managing large marketing budgets and ensuring the resources are fully utilized. Follow Company’s process and rules.
7. Working closely with the rest of the marketing team (other clusters and Comms), other company departments and regional teams to ensure a coordinated approach to marketing campaigns.
8. Conceiving and coordinating marketing assets to create campaigns that leverage the brand value proposition.
9. Weekly and monthly reviews of all campaigns and their results, optimizing if necessary to further present to senior management.
10. Follow-up on Market research and benchmarking of target markets, analysis of company products in relation to competitors.
11. Maximizing the use of company CRM, Analytics and other marketing assets
12. Establish marketing activations deadlines and make sure to implement them on time
13. Work closely to other verticals such e as products, market development, Managed Services in order to create alignment, business new opportunities, brand consistency and results

The ideal background
• Previous experience as a consumer marketing manager would be a strong advantage.
• Being a passionate and driven marketing manager with up to date knowledge of cutting edge marketing techniques and tools (Digital).
• Previous above the line (ATL) and Digital marketing experience is essential.
• Some Marketing experience.
• Large company consumer marketing experience but with a strong commercial and entrepreneurial outlook.
