What you’ll achieve
As Privacy Process Automation Specialist, you will be part of the Dell Privacy Center of Excellence team. You will support the development and implementation of automation solutions to drive efficient and compliant processes. Your work will help to ensure that all of Dell Technologies operates in compliance with Dell’s global privacy standards and advocates for best in class privacy customer experiences that drive value to our customers and Dell.
You will:
Assess existing workflows, identify gaps and pain points, and assist in the design of scalable, best practice processes
Partner with cross functional teams to solution requirements for simplifying, standardizing and automating privacy business processes
Assess automation opportunity from a technical perspective and perform due diligence to provide automation recommendations
Coordinate and participate in SME and stakeholder workshops to validate and refine solutions
Develop process automation solutions to add efficiencies or reduce compliance risk
Create artefacts including requirements documents, process maps, configuration manuals, and technical architectural maps for each automation solution

Essential Requirements:
Undergraduate degree and 6+ years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 4+ years relevant experience.
Knowledge of database architecture, IT agile development methodology
3+ years’ experience in programming in one or more languages such as Python, Java, C
2+ years' experience with RPA like solutions (AA, UiPath, etc.) from design to deployment
Desirable Requirements
Proficiency working with databases and understanding of database architecture
Experience working with geographically distributed and culturally diverse team members
Professional Certification on RPA tools or BPM
