We are looking for a Service Account Coordinator in Panama.
Your responsibilities in this role will be :
Preparation of the sales strategy including analyzing sales opportunities using internal data sources
Analyze on sales opportunities based on customer information and sales trends
Manage customer relationship from a service perspective through a structured communication approach
Understand customer needs through proactive continuous customer diagnosis by the regular contact with customer by phone, mail and physical meetings at site, strengthen relationship, understand their process and identify opportunities.
Create, implement and follow up service account plans in alignment with customer and account team
Create, implement and follow up quality plans per account in line with customer and account team
Identify sales opportunities, create solution and fact based value proposal, negotiate and close deals and drive growth of profitable service contracts
Manage internal interfaces and customer to assure efficient delivery of service and quality account plans
Support resolution of technical issues by being responsible for communication with customer and issue driver
Sales strategy including analysing sales opportunities using internal data sources
Promote, follow up and analyse on sales opportunities based on customer information
Have regular meetings, phone calls/emails with customers in order to strengthen the relationship, better understand their processes, identify opportunities and align the strategy
Analyse customer satisfaction of service delivery together with internal function and compare with our service level
Provide support in following areas: Maintenance, Installations, Issue Resolution, Selling Service, System Performance, Service Contract Fulfilment, Mandatory Kits, Team Collaboration, Customer Management, Parts Supply Chain and Others.
Qualifications
University degree within Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Business Administration
Fluent in English and Spanish;
Expertise in Sales or Sales Management(Preferably in the Food Processing & Packaging Industry)
Customer relationship management experience
Customer focus and expertise on Value Selling
Experience in Microsoft – SAP – PowerBi - BO
Able to travel in 75% of the time
