Overview:
The role reports to the Maintenance Line 1 and L2 Project manager and will have under his responsibility 14 persons in his/her team.
He/she will Manage the technical team and Serviceability Process and maintain the technical definition and configuration of the vehicle, also the Engineering Change Process implementation.
Specific responsibilities of the role:

Owner of the technical WP of the project: to meet the QCD target and manage associated risks

Manage technical performances of Line 1 and Line 2 Rolling Stock , Power Supply and Signalling systems
:
Mesure and increase reliability, availability and maintainability performance and provide Rex.
:
Extend predictive maintenance development through Health Hub(r) fleet monitoring system.

Analyse defect issues with suppliersand Alstom experts to present action plans to customer and meet targets
:
Develop and optimise the Maintenance model and plan that fits with the Maintenance operation strategy and ILS process.

Deploy industrial best practices and REX from Industrial central team
:
Deploy digital solutions to improve contract performanceCoordinate obsolescence management and treatment with suppliers

Ensure product safety policy is implemented

Define the maintenance engineering plan and organise the relevant team
:
Ensure vehicles are consistently maintained in a safe condition and keep full maintenance documentation up to date
