Overview: The Enterprise Data Specialist will play a key role working as part of a fast paced enterprise focused team that is tasked with planning, execution, testing and deploying enterprise data conversions on large integration projects and business acquisitions.
The position will be responsible for advising on and developing new policies, procedures, and protocols for data management. This role will work with data-related tasks such as data definitions, modelling, cleansing, translations and reporting.
Responsibilities:
Engage with senior business stakeholders to gather/analyze requirements and map them to solutions consistent with overall enterprise objectivesWork with business leaders to identify opportunities for improvementCollaborate with team members to collect and analyze dataEstablish KPIs to measure the quality of Quest’s enterprise dataBuild data conversion scripts that transform data from acquired sources into Quest standardsCreate presentations and reports based on recommendations and findingsCreate reports for internal teams and/or external clientsPerform related data monitoring, data maintenance, and data administration tasksStructure large data sets to find usable informationWork with a team of analysts and other associates to process information
Qualifications:
An ability to explain complex data models in a nontechnical, easy-to-understand wayStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong Excel and SQL skillsExcellent attention to detailAnalytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in high-pressure situationsAbility to establish and meet deadlinesMust have a strong customer satisfaction mindsetUse graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize dataFamiliarity with Sales, CPQ, Customer Service and Marketing business processesStrong Knowledge of Salesforce.com data toolsets (DBAmp, DataLoader, etc.)Talent will be hired in Panama, Region of Latin America.Company Description:
